This Rental Agreement governs the rental of e-bikes and scooters from tintpath.com (LLC) in Ukraine.

1. Provider Identification

tintpath.com, LLC, EDRPOU 79074449, Business Center Arena, 5 Baseina St, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. Contact: contact@tintpath.com, +380 969 330 0640. Legal representative: Martin Costa, Managing Director. This information is provided pursuant to the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII and the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX.

2. Eligibility and Licensing

Minimum age: 18 years (or 16 with parental consent for e-bikes only).
A valid driver's license is required for e-bikes exceeding 25 km/h.
Renters must present a government-issued ID and a payment card.

3. Helmet Use

Helmets are mandatory for all riders under 18 and strongly recommended for all. Helmets are provided free of charge. Failure to wear a helmet may result in termination of rental without refund.

4. Liability and Damage

The renter is responsible for any damage to the e-bike or scooter during the rental period, except for normal wear and tear. The renter is liable for traffic violations and fines incurred. tintpath.com is not liable for personal injury caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions. This clause does not limit rights under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX.

5. Dispute Resolution

For complaints, contact us at contact@tintpath.com. If unresolved, consumers may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. This is in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX.

6. Advertising and Pricing

All rental terms, pricing, and safety information are presented truthfully in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР. We do not mislead consumers.
