This policy applies to all rental bookings made via tintpath.com, operated by tintpath.com LLC (EDRPOU 79074449), Business Center Arena, 5 Baseina St, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. It is governed by the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII and the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX.
You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the rental start time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are charged 50% of the total rental fee. No-shows are charged the full rental fee. To cancel, email contact@tintpath.com or call +380 969 330 0640.
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval. Refunds exclude any non-refundable third-party fees. If we cancel your booking, you receive a full refund. Refunds are processed under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX.
We may cancel a booking due to safety, legal, or operational reasons. In such cases, we offer a full refund or an equivalent replacement rental.
If you have a complaint, contact us first at contact@tintpath.com. If unresolved, you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX.
